Currently, Thrive and Strive Foundation does not have a permanent physical office location. However, we are actively engaged in communities across St. Lucia, with a temporary on-site location that rotates based on the needs of the people we serve. Our team frequently visits different areas on the island to assess needs and connect with local communities.

For those who may not be able to visit us at our temporary location, we are more than happy to arrange home visits or meetings at a location that is convenient for you. Please feel free to reach out, and we can work together to find a solution that best suits your needs.

Yes, we accept donations of goods and services that align with our mission. If you have items that can benefit our programs, or if you'd like to offer professional services (e.g., legal, accounting, marketing), please contact us directly to discuss how we can work together. Examples of in-kind donations we welcome include school supplies of all kinds, haircuts/hairstyles for children, food items, clothing, toys, and more. Your contributions directly support our work with single parents and their families, helping to meet their essential needs.

We are committed to transparency. TSF will provide regular updates and reports on how funds are allocated. We also make sure that every penny goes toward supporting our mission and the communities we serve. Detailed financial reports will be made available upon request.

At Thrive and Strive Foundation, we are committed to empowering families, particularly single parents, by offering a wide range of programs that foster personal, educational, and career growth. Our upcoming initiatives include:

1. Scholarship Programs: We aim to provide scholarships for single parents and their children, enabling access to higher education and skill development opportunities. These scholarships will help alleviate financial barriers, empowering individuals to pursue their educational and career goals.
   
   

2. Affordable Preschool and Daycare: We plan to build an affordable preschool and daycare center that will provide quality early childhood education and care for children of single-parent families. This center will offer a safe and nurturing environment, allowing parents to work or attend school without worrying about the cost and availability of childcare.

Mentorship Programs: Our mentorship programs will connect single parents with experienced professionals who can provide guidance, support, and encouragement in various aspects of their personal and professional lives. These relationships will help foster growth and build confidence, giving individuals the tools they need to thrive.

Career Advancement Support: We are developing career advancement programs designed to help individuals across the country, particularly young people, secure stable, well-paying jobs and achieve long-term professional growth. These programs will include resume-building workshops, interview coaching, networking opportunities, skill development sessions, and access to job placement services. Our goal is to equip people with the tools and confidence they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

From leaking roofs to unstable walls, we aim to step in where the need is greatest and restore not just shelter, but hope, stability, and dignity.
